I) Last 03 (three) years general experience of supply of Goods and related services in any government organization; Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(II) The satisfactory completion of Supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 35.00 lakh Under 02(Two) contracts in any Government organization successfully Completed (NOA, Contract Deed, Work order, Completion certificate must be submitted) within the last 03(three) years i. e. counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system;
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk 40.00 lakh in the date of tender publication.(ITT Clause-15.1 a; From PG3-8)
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License ;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample[200gm Mashur Dal] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
