* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Only local manufacturer who have industrial license of producing Fiber Cotton Hose/water supply materials will be allowed to bid this tender.
Updated ISO standardization certificate of the Manufacturer must be submitted with the offer.
 The Tenderer/bidder shall have a experience in supply of same nature goods of minimum Tk. 65.00 (Sixty Five) lakh in  any government/semi-Govt./autonomous organization under single contract  in the immediate last 5(Five) financial years. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of executive grade;
The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 6000000.00 (Sixty Lakh)  The Tenderer will have to submit a bank transaction sheet of his firm/company's account showing balance of minimum Tk. 6000000.00 (Sixty Lakh) for at least in a single day not before 29-09-2022.
Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.
Valid & updated Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate;
The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 02 (two) lots (if reponsive lowest two or more than 02 (Two) lots) under the project.
The Inspection team will inspect Fiber cotton hose pipe set (pipe, ss clamp, male socket, female socket) and submit a inspection report to the project director as per offered specification and terms condition of tender.
