* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯,৬০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,২০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Bidder must submit 1 set sample of each item 250 m dia Alpha Alpha Riser Valve and 250 mm dia Fita Pipe arrangement Alpha Alpha Riser Valve system before tender submission to the Assistant Engineer (MI), BADC, Kashiani, Gopalganj . The sample must be completed according to drawing & design. The sample will be considered during evaluation. The copy of the receipt of the same must be enclosed/submitted with the offer. No offer will be accepted without the submission of sample.
The satisfactory completion of supply of Alpha Alpha Riser Valve for Irrigation Purpose of minimum 2500000.00 (Twenty Five Lakh) taka under the single contract in the last 05 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive Engineer. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 4000000.00 (Forty Lakh). The Tenderer will have to submit a bank transaction sheet of his firm/company's account showing balance of minimum Tk. 4000000.00 (Forty Lakh) for at least in a single day not before 29-09-2022.

Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.
Valid & updated Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate;
The tenderer can participate in all lots but One tenderer shall get maximum 02 (two) lots (if reponsive lowest two or more than 02 (Two) lots) under the project.
