* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৬৭,৪০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,১০২,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৬৭,৪০০,০০০ ~ ১,১০২,২০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
General Experience:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (ten) years of overall experience in 132 kV or above voltage transmission line in the role of Prime contractor, subcontractor or management contractor.
Specific Experience and Criteria:
1) The satisfactory completion of supply for 132 kV or higher voltage system of Transmission Line with ACCC Conductor with a minimum contract Value of BDT 200,000,000.00 (Taka Twenty crore) under maximum two (02) contracts in Govt/Semi govt/ Autonomous/Public limited electricity company of Bangladesh in the last five (05) of years (each contract not less than BDT 8 crore). At least one Contract must include Supply of ACCC conductor and ACCC fittings, Stringing/reconductoring & Testing and Commissioning work. In this regard, copy of the contract agreement, Price Schedule, completion certificates with end user details shall be submitted.
2) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 15.00 Crore over the last 3 Years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper or CPTU Website) and to be endorsed by audited Firm.
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 10.00 Crore.
4) Authorization letter from manufacturer of ACCC conductor, ACCC conductor fittings must be submitted.
5) Detailed Described in Standard Tender Document.
