* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৪০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১,৪০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The Tenderer must have minimum Specific Experience of Similar nature Manufacturing and Supplying of New furniture at least in 01 (One ) Contract successfully complete in a single Work Order within the last 05 (Five) Years amounting of Tk. 3.00 Lakh in any Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh (along with NOA & Completion certificate should be enclosed).
b) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities (in the Form e-PG2 – 5) of the tenderer shall be BDT. 5.00 Lakh only.
c) According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated: 30/08/2018 & Memo No: 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No: 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date: 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
d) The Quoted Rate must be similar/relevant to the PWD Schedule of Rates 2014/2018. If Quoted Rates are Excessive Above/Less than the Estimated Cost, the tenderer must submit a detailed Analysis of his Quoted Rate according to the Analysis of PWD Schedule of Rates 2014/2018. Otherwise, the tenderer will be Non-responsive according to the PPR 2008 Rule 98(23).
e) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
