b.Following documents are to be submitted/uploded.
(I) General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in last 03 (Three) years in any government organizatio0.
II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 20 lakh under 01 (One) contract in any government organization successfully completed (NOA,Cotract deed,Work Order Completion Certificate must be submitted) in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.
(IV) Certificate of Bank solvency with minimum amount of Liquid Assets or credit facilities of Tk. 23 (Twenty Three) Lac. (ITT Clause-15.1.a;From PG-3-8);
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) Registration Certificate.
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Unnotamaner Mashur Dal (Mota)] must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
