* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
General Experience: The Bidders/Tenderer must have at least 01 (one) successfully completed Contract or Project as contractor (Lead partner or member of JV) to demonstrate their management capability amounting taka not be less than 1,80,00,000.00 (One Crore Eighty Lakh) Taka in a Single Contract over a period of 5 (Five) years in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Govt. owned companies.
Specific Experience: a) A satisfactory completion of 33kV (or Above) Underground Cable or Overhead Line Works amounting not less than Tk. 49,00,000.00 (Taka Forty Nine Lakh) in a single contract over a period of 5 (Five) years in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Govt. owned companies years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 
b) A satisfactory completion of 11kV Underground Cable or Overhead Line Works amounting not less than Tk. 2,00,00,000.00 (Taka Two Crore Only) in maximum 02(Two) contract over a period of 5 (Five) years in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Govt. owned companies years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 
Financial Criteria:
a) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4,50,00,000.00 (Taka Four Crore Fifty Lakh Only) over the last 03(Three) years, which will be supported by Audit Reports; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
