* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms shall have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar work (establishment of drip/ sprinkler irrigation system) of value Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) lakhs within the last 05 years are eligible for the Tender.
The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakhs during the last 5 years;
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;
The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
The bidder must submit a sample of, Digital Irrigation controller, Solenoid Valve (Time: 1 minute to 6 hours, Watering Schedule) and Rain sensor to the Concern Executive Engineer of Procuring Entity (Executive Engineer (Const.), BADC, Cumilla Region, Cumilla).
The copy of the receipt of the sample must be enclosed/submitted with the offer. No offer will be accepted without the submission of sample.
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
Electronic Catalog and Brochure of the controller and other devices from the same manufacturer must be submitted by the tenderer.  Internet link must be provided of the same to verify of the authentication.
