* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Reputed Contractors/Construction firms shall have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar work (Foot bridge/Submerged weir/Cross Dam/Box Culvert/Syphon) as specific experience under a single contract of value Tk. 40.00 (Forty) lakh within the last 05 years.
The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) lakhs during the last 5 years;
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the Tender Document thoroughly before submitting the tender.
