* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Reputed Construction firm/contractors who have minimum 05 (Five) years’ experience in similar nature of Steel structure building/ RCC frame structure building construction works under Bangladesh Govt./semi-Govt./Corporation/ Autonomous organization.
(b) The Tenderer minimum specific experience in successful completion of a Steel structure building/ RCC frame structure building construction works which value at least 25 (Twenty five) lac in a single work order within last 05 (five) fiscal year as a prime Contractor in govt. /semi govt./corporation/autonomous organization in Bangladesh.
(c) The Certification of successful completion of a similar building construction works shall have to be issued by an authorized officer not below the rank of Grade-9 of concerned department with official address, seal, E-mail and phone number .
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facility of the tenderer shall be of Tk. 15 (Fifteen) lac issued from the concerned schedule bank of Bangladesh (Which issue within the tendering month).
(e) Up-to-date trade license (2022-2023), income tax clearing (2021-2022) certificate (12 digit) & Bin certificate (13 digit) to be submitted along with the tender.
(f) Submitted Up-to-date ABC Electrical Licence.
g) Other required eligibility and condition of the tenderers as stipulated in the tender data sheet of tender document.
