দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The tenderers having registered of CPTU.
b) The Tenderer shall be manufacturer/Supplier having a minimum 3 years overall experience for supply of goods and related services
c) The tenderer shall have experience for similar work (i,e supply of Not less than 250 mm outer dia riser valve only) successfully completed over the last 3 years (maximum two completion certificate will consider) amounting Tk. 70 lakh in Govt. or Semi Govt./Autonomous organization.
d) Years will be counted from the date of Tender Submission.
e) Work certificate to be attached with the tender.
f) Tenderers having trade license, income tax clearance certificate, TIN & VAT Registration certificate. Copy of these certificates .
g) The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities Tk. 50 lakh.
j) Others term & condition will be mentioned in the tender schedule.
i) Tenderer shall submit the Sample (01 nos of riser valve) in Thakurgaon circle store before submission of the tender document & receipt of sample submission attached with the tender document.No offer will be entertained without submission of sample.
All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be full filled by the tenderer.
