* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৬০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10yrs.
3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature i.e. RCC Building Construction Works successfully completed within the last 5 yrs, each with a value of at least BDT 160.00 Lacs in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD.
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 370.00 Lacs in the last 5 yrs.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in ePW3-D shall be BDT 65.00 Lacs
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 180.00 Lacs
7.The Tenderer must submit with Tender:
a. Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Category Contractor License, Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
b. The Tenderer must submit CV of at least one Diploma Engineer having 3yrs experience of implementing Environmental & Social Management Works (ESMP)
c. Only payment certificates will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
d. The Tenderers must submit work completion certificates of completed work & contract agreement of all works.
e. Special Terms & Conditions and Social Risk Management and Technical Specification as mentioned in Section-8 will be mandatory for the tenderer.
