প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one number of 03 (Three) storied RCC frame structure building with pile foundation including sanitary and internal electrification works contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1200.00 Lac (Twelve Core ) in a single contract in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh which should belong at least 2.5% water supply & sanitary works and 2.5% electrification works respectively. i) in case of the work done under PWD the certifying & authenticating authority shall be concerned EE, ii) in case of the work done under any Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous organization other than PWD , the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of EE and the same duly verified by the concerned EE of PWD of that district.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 500.00 lac (Five Crore.)
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1900.00.00 lac ( Nineteen Core ) over the last 05 ( Five) years.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: TK 1400.00 lac (14 core)
6. a) Articles of Incorporation or Registration of firm.
b) Upto date Income Tax Clearance Certificate,VAT Certificate.
c) Upto date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing board, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
