প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) All Registred tenderer for e-tendering. The offered material tested by recognized testing laboratory of Bangladesh like the BUET, Road Research laboratory of RHD , BSTM etc, The laboratory test certificate will be considered as an additional performance. In that case the certificate should be submitted along with the tender. The tenderer should have the specific experience of supplying Instant patching premix to any government or semi government organization of a minimum value of Taka. 10.00 (Ten)  Lakh in a single order. A performance / completion certificate, as evidence, should be submitted along with the tenderer. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. 
 
b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 12.50 Lakh. The issue date of bank certificate/statement must be within the tender notice date and submission date of the tender by the successful tenderer.
