প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Payment may require more than two years. No claim of interest/compensation for delaying of payment will be entertained.
2. Quantity of tendered item may be increased or decreased and new item may be included.
3. The selected contractor will hand over total work site at a time. No scope to handover site partly.
4. The contractor will bear the expense to remove of illegal occupancy/structure if remain besides the working site.
5 Cost of interim and post work survey and video beyond schedule (if applicable) will be borne by contractor.
6. The design may be changed/altered/revised.
7. All the liability of contractor personnel will be borne by contractor.
8. Contract may be terminated if contractor's personnel is involved in any kind of unauthorized/illegal financial transaction from the locals during eviction work.
