প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) Last 01 (one) years general experience of supply of similar Goods and related services
in any government organization;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk. 85 thousands under 01 (one)
contract in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of
publication of IFT in the e-GP System.(ITT Clause-9.1; From PG2)
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of
Tk. 1.00 (one) lakh (ITT Clause-10.1; From PG2-5);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Cholar Dal] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to
the Jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
