a) All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.
b) Following documents are to be submitted/uploded.
(i) General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in last 03 (Three) years in any government organization.
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 2.00 (two) lakh under 02 (Two) contracts in the last 03(three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(ii) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.
(iii) Certificate of Bank solvency with Liquid Assets or Credit Facilities Value of Tk. 2.00 (Two) lakh issued after June, 2022
(iv) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(v) e-BIN Registration Certificate.
(vi) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company)
(vii) Sample [200 gm Unnotamaner Cholar Dal } must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Habiganj District Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time
