. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in last 03 (three) years in any government organization;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Taka 30 (Thirty) Thousand under 01 (One) contract in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of Tk. 30 (Thirty) Thousand issued after June'2022;
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Unnotomaner Mashur Dal mota must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time
