* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১২৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. Reputed Contractors / Construction Firms who have a minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works.
2. Having Experience in the successful completion of at least 1(one) similar work having building construction works including civil, sanitary, electrification with minimum 100 KVA substation amounting to Tk. 10.00 (Ten ) crore during last 5 (Five) years in a single tender/contract in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3. The tenderers shall have minimum average annual construction turn over shall be Tk.14.00 (fourteen) crore during the last 5 (Five) years.
4. The Tenderers shall have minimum Unconditional Liquid asset or cash flow/credit facilities shall be Tk.300.00 (five hundred) lakh. Credit commitment shall be submitted. Bank statement is not allowed. Document Submitted along with the tender must be issued in between the publication date and the submission date of the tender.
5. The tender capacity shall be minimum 14.00 ( fourteen) crore.
6. The tenderer will have to submit the following papers/documents along with other relevant papers/documents.
(a)Up to date income tax clearance certificate.
(b)Up to date trade License .
(c)Valid VAT Registration certificate from the concerned office.
(D) Up to date ABC and 1st class combined License.
