* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Five) years.
02. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of 03 (three) Storied Building Construction works including Civil, sanitary and Electrification works completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 60.00 Lakh (Sixty lakh) under a single contract with Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
03. The minimum specific experience of ongoing or completed as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of (specially CNC Cutted façade work ,tempered glass hi tensile polymer concrete works ) Certificate within the last 5 (Five) years with Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
04. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 74.00 (Seventy four) Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to submitted with all supporting documents.
05. The minimum Amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 74.00 Lakh (Seventy four lakh). Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in ePW2a form, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
06. The Tenderer have to up-to-date ABC License and Electric Supervisory License, up-to-date Trade License & Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate of his own.
07. Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 70.00 Lakh (Seventy lakh). The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet with supporting documents.
