a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) The minimum number of years of general experience of tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services shall be 03 (three) years;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk. 1.61 lakh under 02 (Two) contracts in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk.1.84 lakh Issued after July 2022 (Form PG2-5);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Cholar Dal] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the Jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
