প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A. All Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation ;
B. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded :
(i) Minimum 03 (Three) years general experience of supply of Lentil/Dietary Items /similar goods in Bangladesh jail or any government organization (The experience will be specifyin the certificate ) ;
(ii) The satisfactory completion of supply similar Goods of Tk. Tk. 500000/- (Five lakh) under 01(one) contract in the last 03 (Three) years (i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp System)
(iii) Certificate of bank solvency (Issued by July/22) with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk.5,50,000/-(Five lakh Fifty Thousand) (ITT clause-15.1a: From PG3-8) (In case of Bank Commitment for credit line or Bank letter of commitment as a Bank solvency It will be mention To The jail super, Jhalokathi and specify Tender ID and Reference No.)
(iv) Up-to date Valid Trade License OR Valid Prison Contract License ;
(v) Up-to date Income Tax clearance certificate ;
(vi) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate ;
(vii) Certificate of incorporation (In case of limited company) an authorization latter or contract deed with the importer/supplier tread is a bidder ;
(viii) Sample [200 gm. Mashur Dal Mota] must be submitted with in three transparent containers to the jail as per technical specification sample on or before tender opening date and time.
