* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. The tenderer must have experience of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature as contractor (lead partner or member of JV) to demonstrate their management capability amounting not less than Tk. 1.50 Crore (Taka One Crore Fifty Lakh) only over a period five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
02. A satisfactory completion of 33KV (or above) underground Cable or Overhead Line works amounting not less than Tk. 50.00 Lakh (Taka FIfty Lakh) in a single contract over a period of Five (05) years in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Govt. owned companies year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
03. A satisfactory completion of 11KV underground Cable or Overhead Line works amounting not less than Tk.1.00 Crore (Taka One Crore) in a single contract over a period of Five (05) years in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Govt. owned companies year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
04. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than at least Tk. 3.00 Crore (Taka Three Crore) only over the last five (05) years.
05. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of theTenderer shall be Tk. 1.50 Crore (Taka One Crore Fifty Lakh) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal.Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of Credit (Form e-PW3-2) .

01. Tenderer who will be quoted rate less then 10% or above 10% of the official cost estimate must be rejected as per PPA Amendment gadget 2016
