প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience in similar nature of work for medical gas & vaccum pipe line system(MGVPS) of BDT 5.20 Crore (five hundred twenty lakh) in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of work done under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 7.50 Crore (Tk seven hundred fifty lakh) over the last 5(Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.50 Crore (Tk two hundred fifty lakh) . Letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking for the line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form without alteration, issued not earlier than 28 (twenty eight) days prior to the date of the dead line for submission of tender.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 6.00 Crore (Tk six hundred lakh)
(f) The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax certificate Valid VAT certificate Up to date ABC category Electrical Contractory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board along with the tender.
