প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The minimum 5 (five) years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.)
(b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract RCC Jetty of similar complexity in river/channel successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.400 lakhs. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.)
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.700 Lakhs over The period may be best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the news paper. In this regard, the tenderer must submit all supporting documents, failing which the tenderer may be rejected as being incomplete.
(d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) in the form of PW3-7 of Tk. 200 Lakhs. documents in other format are not acceptable and considered as non responsive.
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk.500 Lakhs.Supporting information must be filled up as per enclosed form (list of ongoing works/commitments) All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
(f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(g) The Tenderer must submit Up-to-date trade licens, income tax clearance certificate & Valid VAT registration certificate.
(h) Other required eligibility criteria and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS)
