a. All the tenderers must follow the rules and regulations of the PPR 2008.
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded
1. General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services last 03 (three) years in any government organization.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 5 lac one contract(s) successfully completed within the last three years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT, each with a value of at least Tk150000/- one lac fifty thousand)
3. Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets 5 (five) lac
4. Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier (FY 2022-2023).
5. Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
6. e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate
7. Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company)
8.All certificate must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazetted officer.
9. Sample (200 gm Chholar dal must be submitted into 3 (three) transparent containers to the jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
