2. Tenderers only from Bangladesh can participate in the tender.
3. Payment will be made subject to budget allocation & availability of funds but the work must be continued and proportionate progress must be achieved.
4. Any individual Tender (s)/firm (s) who fulfill the qualification (s) criteria stipulated in the Standard Tender Document including Tender datasheet and PPR-2008 has to be considered.
5. Tender evaluation will be conducted on the basis of uploaded documents of the tenderer. Outside or offline documents will not be considered.
6. The work may be totally dropped, decreased, or increased.
7. The work order will be issued after approval from the Competent Authority.
8. There is no provision for land acquisition. The tenderer has to arrange land for the execution of other works on his own.
9. The tenderer has to capture pictures and videos of the work at his own cost as per the direction of the engineer in charge. He should submit pictures and videos during the time of bill submission.
