Eligibility of Tenderer :
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.
b.Following documents are to be submitted/uploded.
I.General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in last 03 (Three) years in any government organization.
II.The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of 1000000.00 Tk. (Ten Lac) under 01(one) contract in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
III.Up-to-date Valid Trade License.
IV.Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of Tk 1000000.00 Tk. (Ten Lac) issued after 31 July, 2022.
V.Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
VI.e-BIN Registration Certificate.
VII. Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company).
VIII.Sample [200 gm Unnotamaner Mashur Dal Mota] must be submitted to in 03 (Three) transparent containers to the Jail as per sample on or before tender opening date and time.
