প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 [Five] years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Building work successfully completed within the last 5 [Five] years with a value of at least Tk. 350.00 [Three Hundred and Fifty] Lakh in a single tender in Government/Semi- Government Organization of Bangladesh [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender]
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 500.00 [Five Hundred] Lakh over the last 05 [five] years [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal]
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 90.00 [Ninety] Lakh.. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of PW3-7 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk. 370.00 [Three Hundred and Seventy] Lakh
6.The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and Standerd Tender Document will be followed.
7. Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender Document.
8. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender
