দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The tenderer shall have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in building construction.
b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of RCC building construction work including civil, sanitary and internal electrical works with a value not less than Tk.60.00 (sixty) Lac in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. (year counting from the date of publication of IFT)
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer of the Organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed.
c) The Tenderers must have a minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 120.00 (one houndred twenty) Lac during last 5(Five) Years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.50.00 (fifty) Lac.
e)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.75.00 (seventy five) Lac
f) The tenderer shall submit updated income tax clearance certificate,VAT registration certificate,Trade licence and Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
