* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২২,৫০০,০০০ ~ ৬৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift.
B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of lift supply, installation, testing and commissioning worth not less than Tk. 180.00 (One hundred eighty) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
C) The tenderer shall submit a certificate stating that minimum 10 Nos. of lift of proposed brand and proposed country of origin Fujitec (Japan), Hitachi (Japan), Kone (Finland), Mitsubishi (Japan), Otis (USA / Japan / France), Schindler (Switzerland), Thyssenkrupp (Germany) or equivalent Product or countrty have been used successfully in Bangladesh.
D) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 75.00 (Seventy Five) Lakh only in the prescribed form mentioned in the STD against the name of the work. Bank certificate should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
E) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate .
F) Up-to date ABC/BC class contractor License issued from Electrical licensing Board.
G) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 and special terms & conditions as well as detailed specification uploaded in section-6 of tender documents must be fulfilled.
