* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৫,০০০,০০০ ~ ১০৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of Electrification works including Sub-Station, Genarator, under ground cable line, security light, A.C, PA system etc. worth not less than Tk. 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lac only in a single work order in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [600.00 (Six Hundred) Lac] over the last [5(Five)] years
D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 200 (Two Hundred) Lac supported by Bank certificate which should be counted 28(Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender.
E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and Latest VAT Registration Certificate
F) Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled. In case of tie for the lowest evaluated price, the Tenderer shall be selected base on the ‘Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects.
