* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৯,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৫৮,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Electro-mechanical works as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supplying & Installation of minimum 01 No Lift and 01 No Generator at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 150.00 Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/Private Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/ Credit facilities (Must be unconditional and provided in form of letter of commitment of Banks undertaking for line of credit (Form PG3-8) in Original form) of Tk. 75.00 Lac. PG3-8 form is attached in Section-6.
4. Manufacturer's Authorization letter (e-PG3-5) for Lift and Generator must be submitted.
5. Sole agent/Distributorship certificate from manufacturer must be submitted.
6. Marked Catalogue & Technical specification must be submitted.
7. Terms & conditions of Lift & Escalator and Generator must be fulfilled (attached in section-6).
8. The intending tenderers must enclosed Valid VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade License and Up-to date ABC/BC Electric license and Supervisory License issued from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Section-6 of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP System.
