* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০০,০০০,০০০ ~ ৩০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. All tenderer registered in e-gp portal system are eligible.
2. Detail Turnover Calculation sheet mentioning the Name of Work, PE name etc (Year wise over the last 5 years) duly signed by the Tenderer must be submitted with the tender.
3. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this, no claim will be entertained.
4. Quoted amount of tenderer beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non-responsive.
5) The tenderer MUST submit the Line of Credit from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh in the specified supplied format. (Copy supplied, See sec-8)
6) It is the duty of the tenderer to submit all the documents freshly. If any documents get corrupted and the evaluation team is not able to open the file, no claim from the tenderer regarding the file will be entertained.
7) VAT & IT from bill will be as per prevailing Govt Rate. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
8) Evaluation will be done following the latest Circular from CPTU.
9) If any type of Structures is needed to dismantle to execute the Re-Excavation work as per Design and Specification, the bidder will do this at his own cost and arrangement. No extra claim will be entertained in this regard.
10) The tenderer must submit his documents following the latest instructions of CPTU.
11) If BWDB Owned land is not sufficient to execute the work as per design and Specification, The bidder will do this at his own cost and arrangement.
12) It is mandatory for the tenderer to submit video and still photographs of the work in pre-work condition and post work condition. (Circular copy supplied, See sec-8)
13) The work must be executed as per approved design uploaded at Sec-9 & technical specifications of BWDB uploaded at Sec-7
of tender document.
14) The approved taskforce guideline uploaded at Sec-8 will
