কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫০০,০০০ ~ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Reputed supplier who have minimum 02 (Two) years of general experience in supply of Goods (Air-Cooler) to in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years counting backward from the date of tender publication in newspaper. Only Work Completion/Payment Certificate is acceptable.
(b) Having experience in successful completion/execution of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of Goods, worth, not less than Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lakh in a single work order worth in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of tender in newspaper. Only Work Completion/Payment Certificate is acceptable.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or free cash fund or credit line(s), of the tenderer Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lakh. Bank documents in support of liquid asset must be submitted. For credit line facilities, specific format (PG2-5/ PG3-8) to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying any word/ sentence and adding any condition. The issue date of documents should be after the publication date of IFT in eGP portal.
(d) Tender Security is Tk 15,000.00 (FIFTEEN THOUSAND) to be issued in favor of Treasurer, Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur.
(e) Up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration certificate.
(f) The supplier must be an Importer or an authorized partner of the importer or Distributor or Retailer. Must submit the proper documents in this regard.
(g) Manufacturer Authorization Letter with e-mail address and original catalog/Brochure must be submitted through e-GP system.
(h) Must have their own servicing center for after-sales service to cover the warranty. Must submit proper documents in this regard.
