* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯৭৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The tenderers must have minimum 10(ten) years of general experience of Electro-mechanical works.
2.The tenderer must have experience of minimum 2 nos 1000 Kva Substation works in a single work.
3.The tenderer must have experience of minimum 2 nos 250 Kva generator with synchronization panel supply work.
4.The tenderer must have experience of 2 nos 1000kg lift –10 Stop supply in last five years.
5.The tenderer must have experience of 450 nos split type A/C supply works in a single work.
6.The tenderer must have experience of solar power system works of minimum 20 kw which have BUET test certificate and sole authorization of the tenderer.
7.The tenderer must have experience of providing integrated building management system(BMS).
8.The tenderer must have experience of Fire protection and Fire detection work.
9.Minimum average annual turn over during last 5(five) years Tk.15.00 Crore Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.
10.The minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.15.00 crore, supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PG3-8) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
11.Tenderer must have upto date ABC category contractory and supervisory licence from Electric licensing board.
12.Having minimum Tender capacity amounting Tk.25.00 Crore
13.Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
(a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
(b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(c) Updated Trade license.
