* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed 6 storied foundation with 1 storied RCC building including Civil, Internal Sanitary & Electrification works in government/ semi government/autonomous organizations within the last 5 years with a value of at least Tk.290.00 lac.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 160.00 lac. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of Unconditional Liquid Asset from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in PW-3 form.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be minimum Tk.500.00 lac over the last 5 years. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk.350.00 Lac.
6. Tenderer must submit the following documents:
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license.
iv) Up-to-date ABC category Electrical licence and ABC category supervisory licence from Electricity Licencing Board.
7. All other conditions in TDS,PCC,ITT and all necessary documents must submit in e-PW-3 format.Otherwise tender will be rejected.
Special Attention: No JVCA allow due to Bangladesh Police Head Quarter written direction as per vide PHQ:RE-AO-PWD OTM:16808-9890.DATE:24.02.22.
