প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Reputed Contractors/Suppliers who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Supplying and Installation for Lab Equipment’s.
2) Experience: Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of government/semi government/ Autonomous organization during last 5 (Five) years.
3) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over during last 03 (Three) years.
4) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted upto 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.
5) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
6) The tenderer must possess: i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate, iii) Up to date trade license, iv) Updated ISO Certificate, v) Original Catalogue/Brochures, vi) Certificate of incorporation and vii) Manufacturer authorization must be submitted.
7) Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender is shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
8) JVCA is not allowed.
9) Must be submitted CE Mark Certificate.
10) Marketing experiences of the products in home or abroad must be submitted.
