প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be Five (05) years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction work of at least One (01) contract (s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 180.00 lac in Govt/ Semi govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. in a single structure.
3) Who have minimum annual average constructional turn over in the last 05(Five) years of Tk 250.00 lakh( Total=250.00x5=1250.00 lakh)
4) The Tenderer shall have minimum liquid assets for Tk 60.00 lakh In case of working capital a) For Bank balance i) supported by a balance regarding balance sheet in any day from IFT (Invitation for tender) to tender submission other wise will not be acceptable b) For credit Facilities i) Enclosed a credit sectioned letter and ii) Credit Number and Credit balance sheet other wise will not be acceptable c) For Credit line/ Credit commitment i) Credit commitment will be unconditional i;e if, incase or after the approval of the higher authority such type of world will not be acceptable fot commitment. within 05.07.2022 to 04.08.20225) Tenderer who posed i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iii) Up to date TIN certificate iv) NID cr. 6) Satisfying the other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet (TDS) 7) According to the Honorable Prime Minister’s office order Memo No:-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 dated 30.08.2018 defaulter Contractor/Firms who have not completed work in due time is Ineligible to Participate in this tender. If any one Participate his tender will be declared as Non- Responsive. 8) The tenderer who has won 03 (Three) or more lot in the Previous tender under this office is Ineligible to Participate in this tender and declared as Non- Responsive.<
