* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Minimum of 5 years of general experience in Lift supply, Installation, servicing and maintenance works.
b) Valid Trade License, Up to date TIN Certificate, VAT Certificate, ABC Certificate, supervisory license from electric licensing board, Bangladesh and income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
c)The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor in supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Lift of similar nature, complexity and methods, with a minimum amount of Tk. 100.00(One Hundred )Lac only, successfully completed within the last 5 years in a single contract under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh.
d) Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 80.00(Eighty )Lac only. Prescribed form of line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PG3-8(See Section 6) of tender and contact forms and must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
e) In case of work done under PWD the certifying authority will be Executive Engineer. In case of work done under Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous bodies/Organizations of Bangladesh other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
f) The specification or special criteria of Lift has been attached to the Section-6 of Tender Form.
