2. The minimum specific experience in Installation of Solar Powered Street Light of at least 01(One) contract of successfully completed within the last 03(Three) years under Climate Change project each with a value of at least Tk.1,55,00,000.00 (One Crore fifty five Lac)
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater thanTk.2,50,00,000.00 (Two Crore Fifty Lac) only over the last 05(Five)years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.118.00(One hundred eighteen Lac)
5. The minimum capacity shall be : 118.00(One hundred Eighteen Lac)
6. Up to date ABC License copy.
7. Bidder must have ISO Certificate
8. Up-to-date IRC
9. Bank Solvency Certificate
10. Submit List of Ongoing project . The bidder must have a minimum of Tk. 500 lakh solar PV system related working experience with BCCT funds.
11. Submit of Completion Work Certificate. The bidder must have a minimum of Tk. 350 lakh solar PV system related working experience with BCCT funds.
12. LED Light Battery and Charge Controller must accompany test report from BCSIR / BSTI / BUET / RUET / CUET / DUET or from any Accredited Laboratory. (As per SREDA Specification).
13. A Manufacturer's Authorization Letter is only required for Light, Panel, Battery and Charge Controller must be submitted.
