1. As given in Eligibility of Tenderer, TDS, GCC, PCC, ITT & other criterion mentioned in this tender.
2. The minimum amount of liquid assets as per ITT 10.1 b & TDS of the Tenderer shall be Tk [80] lakh & Bank Statement must be in a day end balance Statement. All such document must be in between Tender Publishing and Closing Date & Time..
3. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk [100] Lakh under [1(one)] of contract(s) which includes construction of at least a Building work over a period of [05] years shall be required. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [290] Lakh over the last [05] years.

4. All Certificates/Completion certificates have to be issued by at least PE/Executive Engineer/euivalent officer according to PPR/CPTU standard format. Otherwise will not be accepted.

6. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: TK 110 Lakh
