প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Bangladeshi National All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
1. All the tenderers, participating in this tender, shall mention the full name of their business firm for both individual or joint venture participation.
2. If the total quoted price is more than 5% (five percent) less/above than the Engineer's Estimate the tenderer must submit an item-wise Analysis of Rates along with tender.
3. In the case of JVCA Experience Certificates (Similar work experience, Turnover, etc) submission, the tenderer must submit the documents (Joint Venture Agreement, etc) in favor of percent share among all Joint Venture partners.
4. A list of year-wise breakdown of turnover must be submitted with the payment certificate. Failing to submit the mentioned documents/certificates, the tender will not be evaluated.
5. Tenderer must use Batching Plant for concrete Work. Tenderers also must submit the ownership/lease/hire documents/agreements of their plants & equipment.
6. For submission of any false information and documents shall consider the Tenderer Non-Responsive and be De-barred.
