প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms/Organization who have minimum 10 years of general experience in Construction works.
B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar construction work having single basement including electrical work worth not less than Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) Crore in a single work order/tender in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 years in standard work completion format attached in STD.
C) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of construction work having fare faced work worth not less than Tk. 3.00 (Three) Crore in a single work order/tender in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 years in standard work completion format attached in STD
D) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 years amounting of Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Crore.
E) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 20.00 (Twenty) Crore only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of PW3-7 (Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit) only.Failing to submit this format or any alteration in this format, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
F) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
G) Up-to date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB.
H) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
