প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) The receipt of purchasing Tender Document
(vi) Copy of NID card
c. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft or Bank Gurantee duly pledged in favor of the Project Director, Further Development of Patuakhali Science and Technology University (2nd Phase) project, PSTU, Dumki, Patuakhali, from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
d. Only copy of Completion Certificate supported by the work order and payment certificate issued by the officer equivalent to executive Engineer and above will be considered for evaluation. (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
e. Tenderer must have a completion certificate of successful completion of at least one Academic, Administrative and Residential buliding in Educational Institution works of value Tk. 2.50 Crore in last 05 (Five) Years . Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3.25 Crore over the last 5 years. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 2.25 Crore.
f. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.0.55 Crore.
g. For submission of any false/fake certificate, he/his firm may be penalized according to PPA & PPR 127(1,2,3).
h. Circulation/Office of Honourable Prime Minister's office vide Memo No.:03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 & CPTU of Planning Commission Memo No.:21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Dated: 10.10.2019 will be applicable.
i. The amount of Performance Security shall be 5-25 percent of the Contract Price.
