* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer must have general experience of Five (05) years
2. The Tenderer must have an experience of supplying mechanical goods/spares of an amount not less than Tk. 3,500,000.00 (Thirty Five Lakh Taka) in a single contract within last Five (05) years to any power plant .Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Work Completion Certficate/ Supply Completion Certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate to be submitted. Only Notification of Award (NOA) / Contract Agreement / Purchace Order / Work Order shall not be treated as Experience.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 35,00,000.00 (Thirty Five Lakh Taka).
4. The Tenderer have to submit manufacturer's Authorization Certificate. It is prefered to use Form e-PG3 - 5 for Manufacturer's Authorization Letter. Distributor's Authorization is also acceptable. In that case Manufacturer's Authorization aganist the Distributor is required.
5. The Tenderer should have valid Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter in to the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
