3.The required average annual construction Turnover greater than Tk.13000000 ( One Crore Thirty lac ) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (five) years.
4.Liquid Assets not less than Tk.600000 ( Six Lac) issued by the bank not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of e-Tender.
