* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.
3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature i.e. RCC Building Construction Works successfully completed within the last 5 yrs, each with a value of at least BDT 80.00 Lacs in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD.
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 150.00 Lacs in the last 5 yrs.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in ePW3-7 shall be BDT 50.00 Lacs.
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 80.00 Lacs.
7.The Tenderer must submit with Tender:
a. Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Category Contractor License, Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
b. The Tenderer must submit Certification of using steel shutter, props & all equipment etc.
c. Only payment certificates will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
d. The Tenderers must submit work completion certificates & contract agreement with of all completed and on-going works.
e. The Tenderer must submit a Work Program (Bar Chart) in compliance with Pro-rata Progress as mentioned in TDS.
