The minimum period of general experience of the tenderer shall be at least 05 (Five) years.
Tenderer must submit updated Trade License, TIN & VAT registration certificate.
Bidder must have Liquid Assets/Credit Line facilities of BDT Tk. 1.50 (One point five zero) crore only.
Satisfactory completion of 02 (Two) RFID based library Automation Projects in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization.
Bidder must have minimum 01 (One) work completion certificate amounting taka not less then 1.50 (One point five zero) Crore within last 5 years.
Satisfactory completion of 02(Two) Library Management Software in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization.
Bidder must have OEM certified engineer in their organization for RFID equipment.
Manufacturer Authorization letter is required.
Bidder must have certified professionals to train up the employees of the procuring entity.
