and Liquid Asset:
1.Tenderer must have minimum liquid Assets Tk 20.00 lac which is in-case of bank statement must have the blance at least 3 days continuously in day end blance statement (3 days blance statement) in between tender publising & closing date & time (3 days blance statement must be incolsed).
in the form of Bank statement
2. Satisfying the other criteria laid down in TDS, PCC & ITT.
3. Minimum Performance Security will be 5% -10% of the total contract price.
4. Tender must submit the similar work of Tk.35 Lac. ( Construction work).
5. Tenderer must submite i) Up to date Trade license ii) Up to date income Tex certificate iii) Up to date VAT registration certificate iv) NID card. v) EED license.
6. The Tenderer not more than 01(one) work in this mentionel notice.
7. Those Who Contractor before failor any works are not Completed in Schedule time after Received the work order not stared the work in this time. So, this the conteactor Non-Responsived.
8. Tenderer must submit the authorization letter own firm pad properly (Mention tender ID, Work name seperately).
